About HRDRV

HRDRV builds tools and infrastructure for the modern music business—serving creators, managers, executives, and music companies through one connected ecosystem.

What started as a focused set of solutions for independent artists has evolved into a broader suite designed to support real-world workflows across the industry: organizing releases and catalogs, developing artists, delivering services, sharing work securely, building community, collaborating with teams, and educating the next generation of talent.

The mission? World domination. (With the creator in mind first.)

HRDRV was founded in 2019 by Mickey Shiloh—artist, multi-platinum songwriter, entrepreneur, and Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree—built from firsthand experience inside the industry and a clear belief: great creators and teams deserve systems that are as modern as their ambition.

Who it's for

HRDRV is built for serious artists, producers, and songwriters—people who treat their music like a business and are ready to invest in their growth. If you're looking for shortcuts or overnight success, this isn't it. If you're ready to do the work, we're here to support it.

What makes it different

Most platforms give you tools and leave you to figure it out. HRDRV is different—it's built by people who've done it. You get access to a real team, real opportunities, and a network of vetted professionals. It's not just software; it's infrastructure for your career.

The work speaks

HRDRV members have landed placements with major brands, networks, and games. Our team has over 1,000 years of combined experience in sync licensing, A&R, and artist development.

Frequently asked questions

Full access to sync pitching, catalog management, splits tracking, beat sales, creative services marketplace, release strategy support, community events, and priority support from our team.

Not in the traditional sense. HRDRV sits at the intersection of technology, services, and representation. We support distribution, publishing, sync, and artist development—without locking artists into old-school label or management structures. Think of HRDRV as a modern music agency powered by technology, built to flex around each artist's needs as they grow. You keep ownership and control, and everything is non-exclusive.

We don't offer a free trial, but you can cancel your Access plan anytime. The Commit plan is annual and offers significant savings for artists ready to invest in their growth.

HRDRV isn't a distributor—it's an environment. We help you manage your catalog, connect with vetted professionals, pitch for sync opportunities, and build the infrastructure around your music career. Distribution access is available through HRDRV, but it's one piece of a larger system.

HRDRV is founded by Mickey Shiloh—a multi-platinum songwriter, artist, and Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree. Our team includes Grammy winners, major artist managers, and seasoned music executives with deep experience in sync licensing, A&R, and artist development.

Yes. The Access plan is month-to-month and can be canceled anytime. The Commit plan is an annual commitment with no refunds, but offers the best value for serious artists. If you cancel your membership, any music released through HRDRV Distribution will be scheduled for takedown within 14 days, and any active pitching through HRDRV products will be paused or stopped. We can only represent, pitch, or service your catalog while you're an active member of the platform.

HRDRV supports artists, producers, and songwriters at every stage—from beginner to pro—who are ready to build a sustainable career and treat their music like a business. If you want structure, guidance, and a system you can grow into, you'll fit here. If you're looking for shortcuts, hacks, or overnight results, HRDRV isn't the right match.
